Training introduction

Electrostatic protection and dust-free clean room technology is a special technology to prevent and avoid the interference and influence of environmental factors in the production and scientific research process of products, and protect the processed products and scientific research achievements from environmental and harmful pollutants. Clean rooms are widely used in electronic industry, precision processing, biomedicine, nanotechnology, medical treatment, food, cosmetics, biosafety, aerospace and other high-precision industries. They are closely related to life health, product qualification rate and professional production guarantee, so they have high professional quality requirements for practitioners who implement or use this technology.

Electrostatic protection and dust-free clean room technicians have become the bottleneck of clean room technology development in China. In order to solve the problem of talent shortage in clean rooms, Youke, together with Clean Technology Branch of China Electronics Society, has carried out training services for clean room engineers all year round.

1. Basic knowledge of clean technology

2. Design, construction, commissioning, testing and operation of HVAC system in clean room

3. National standard system of clean technology, International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) electrostatic standard series

Certificate issuance

Those who have passed the examination after training will be awarded the qualification certificate of China Clean Room Engineer (stamped with the steel seal of China Electronics Society).

(Note: The certificate of clean room engineer is the certificate of personal professional and technical qualifications, the basis for professionals to engage in clean industry work and employment, and has social recognition and international mutual recognition, which is universal nationwide).

Charging standard

Clean room engineer certificate: 6000 yuan/person (5000 yuan/person for more than 2 persons)

Note: Tuition fee includes teacher fee, textbook fee, certificate fee, refreshment fee and lunch fee. During the training period, the accommodation shall be provided by the staff themselves, and the conference team can book the agreement hotel on behalf of the staff.
